Gold price chart for 2003 shows that gold was remaining within medium-term consolidation in the first half of the year. The yearly low was formed on April 7 at $322.20. Then it was gaining up until the end of the year. The yearly high was formed on December 30 at $417.20. Overall, gold gained $67.90 (19.50%) in 2003. The final close of the year was $416.10.
