Silver price chart for 2013 shows that silver was sharply declining in the first half of the year. The yearly high was formed on January 23 at $32.22. The yearly low was formed on June 27 at $18.40. In the third quarter silver was retracing some of its earlier sell-off, moving slightly above $24.00. Then it was declining again. Overall, silver lost $10.91 (-35.96%) in 2013. The final close of the year was $19.43.
