Silver price chart for 2002 shows that silver was declining in the first month of the year. The yearly low was formed on January 31 at $4.22. Then silver was gaining until early June, reaching yearly high on June 4 at $5.13. It was declining in July-October, before bouncing up in the fourth quarter. Overall, silver gained $0.22 (4.88%) in 2002. The final close of the year was $4.81.
