    January 22, 2014, 9:54 AM

Is Bitcoin art? You could call it art in the technical sense as it might be a leap forward in payment methods but does it have the characteristics of an actual piece of art, like a painting, or a collector's item, like post stamps? In a slightly funny turn of events, the Swedish regulator is set to qualify bitcoins as "other assets", a cathegory which includes jewelry or antiques.
