Silver price chart for 2001 shows that silver was gaining in the first month of the year. The yearly high was formed on January 18 and then on January 26 at the level of $4.83. Since then Silver was declining. In September it retraced its earlier decline. Then it moved lower, before another rebound which took place in December. The yearly low was formed on November 26 at $4.03. Overall, silver lost $0.05 (-1.01%) in 2001. The final close of the year was $4.59.
